摘  要:若尔盖高原沼泽湿地是我国最大的高原泥炭沼泽湿地。采用静止箱/气相色谱法,2004年5月至10月对若尔盖高原泥炭沼泽湿地CO2呼吸通量进行了观测。沼泽湿地CO2呼吸通量平均值为200.40mg·m-2·h-1,最大值为402.37mg·m-2·h-1,最小值为61.09mg·m-2·h-1。沼泽湿地周边的沼泽化草甸CO2呼吸通量平均值为425.50mg·m-2·h-1,最大值为891.74mg·m-2·h-1,最小值为124.23mg·m-2·h-1。二者均在7、8月出现排放峰值。沼泽湿地CO2呼吸通量日变化为单峰型,高峰出现在13时和15时。沼泽湿地CO2呼吸与温度具有相关性,其中与5cm深的土壤温度相关性最好。若尔盖高原沼泽湿地CO2呼吸通量的平均值仅为三江平原常年积水沼泽湿地的约36%,这可能是若尔盖高原沼泽湿地有泥炭积累,而三江平原沼泽湿地无泥炭积累或仅有少量积累的重要原因之一。Ruoergai plateau mire is the largest distribution area of plateau peat mire in China. From May to October of 2004, a measurement of CO2 flux from the mire was carried out with the closed chamber and gas chromatogram technique during the growing seasons in the Ruoergai plateau of Southwest China. The CO2 fluxes from two types that one is the mire, the other is the grassland near the mire were measured. The mean value of CO2 flux was 200.4 mg·m^-2·h^-1 and the max value 402.37 mg·m^-2·h^-1 and the minimum 61.09 mg·m^-2·h^-1 from the mire, on the other hand, the mean value of CO2 flux was 425.5 mg·m^-2·h^-1 and the max value 891.74 mg·m^-2·h^-1 and the minimum 124.23 mg·m^-2·h^-1 from the grassland near the mire. In July and August, CO2 flux appeared peak value in measured two types. In the each mid-month, daily change of CO2 flux from mire to be measured, the CO2 flux in day was stronger than in night and the daily peak value of CO2 flux appeared at 13:00 to 15:00 in the afternoon. The CO2 flux was more positively correlated with soil temperature of 5cm depth than air temperature and soil temperature of 0cm depth, 10 cm depth, 15cm depth. The CO2 flux from mire of Ruoergai plateau is only about 36 percent of that from the mire of Sanjiang plain that is the largest distribution area of plain mire in China, that is perhaps why there is peat in Ruoergai plateau mire, but there isn't peat in Sanjiang plain mire.
