老年脑梗塞患者康复治疗前后的左心血流动力学变化

摘　　要：目的:观察老年脑梗塞患者康复治疗前、后的左心血流动力学变化。方法:应用超声心动图描记术检测老年 脑梗塞患者康复治疗前、后以及老年健康对照组的左心血流动力学指标:左房内径(LAD)、二尖瓣前叶E峰至室间 隔距离(EPSS)、二尖瓣口舒张血流速度E峰与A峰比值(E／A)、左室射血分数(LVEF)、左室短轴缩短率(FS) 等的变化,并进行分析比较。结果:老年脑梗塞患者治疗前的左心血流动力学各项指标与健康老年人差异显著(P< 0．01),经康复治疗后其各项指标明显恢复(P<0．01),基本与正常老年人接近(P>0．05)。结论:老年脑梗塞患者 的左心血流动力学指标较同年龄组的健康老人明显衰退,一定疗程的康复治疗可促其明显改善。Objective： To study the effects of rehabilitation treatment on left heart hemodynamics in cerebral infarction （CI） patients. Methods： A total of 34 aged CI patients were chosen and had rehabilitation treatment for 3 months （physical exercise group） ; 34 health adults were controls. All subjects were examined by echocardiography before and after rehab treatment. Results ： All cardiac hemodynamics indexes of CI patients were very different from those of control group before rehab treatment （P〈0. 01）, these indexes significantly improved after 3 months physical exercise （P〈0.01）. Conclusion： The circulatory function of aged cerebral infarction patients decreases than that of health adults of same age stage. Left heart hemodynamics can be improved through some physical exercise courses.
