加强高校学生党支部建设的思考

摘　　要：高校学生党支部是大学德育工作的重要承担者,是党的教育方针在高校中最基层的贯彻者和实施者,是党和大学生群体的一个结合部,加强其自身建设,无疑具有深远的意义。认真抓好学生党支部书记的培养、学生党员的教育管理、新党员的发展工作以及社会实践活动四个环节,就是加强高校学生党支部建设的根本所在。The moral education in institutes of higher education is primarily undertaken by students＇ subbranches of CCP that directly implement CCP＇ s education guidelines and serve as links between CCP and college students. Therefore, to construct the sub- branches well is of profound and lasting significance. The most effective way lies in the following four aspects： the cultivating of student secretaries of CCP＇s sub-branchehes, the managing and educating of the student party members, the admitting of new student party members and the organizing of social practices.
