Dietary and Health Status Among Senior Middle School Students in Wuling Area

摘  要:目的了解武陵地区中学生饮食、营养和健康状况,为制定干预措施提供依据。方法用调查表和访谈形式,对武陵地区37个市(县)的2 258名高中生进行调查。结果武陵地区中学生的主食以米饭为主(男48.6%,女54.5%);挑食占26.0%,偏食占33.8%,按自己嗜好饮食占41.2%,经常有牙龈红肿、瘀血、出血占46.0%,贫血占11.5%,女生月经不正常占60.3%。结论武陵地区中学生饮食缺乏科学指导,应加强中学生的科学营养知识和健康意识教育,促进体育教学改革。Objective To study the dietary, nutrition and health status among students in Wuling area, and to provide evidence for the intervention measures. Methods With the methods of depth-interview and questionnaire survey, a total of 2 258 senior, middle school students were investigated, who were from 37 cities or connties in Wuling area. Results The staple food was rice for the middle school students in Wuling area(48.6% of male and 54 . 5 % of female). The students who were particular about their food accounted for 26.0%, partiality to some food accounted fur 33.8% and dieting according to hobby accounted for 41.2%. The prevalence rate of gum swelling, static blood and bleeding was 46.0%. The prevalence rates of anemia and abnormal menstrual cycle were 11.5 % and 60.3% respectively, Condckusion In Wuling area, the students' diet are deficient in scientific guidance. Nutritional education, health education and reform of physical education lessons should be strengthened for the middle school students
