摘　　要：为实现对道路规划造成的区域地价改变的预测,本文利用GIS对道路规划数据进行处理,对影响单元地块价格因素进行定量分析,通过对比标准地块,经系数修正确定区域地价分布,从而实现道路规划对区域地价影响的预测。In order to realize the prediction of regional price of land changes that cause to road, this text utilize GIS to deal with the road planning datum, carry on quantitative analysis in influencing the massif price factor of the unit, through comparing with the standard massif and revising the coefficient, confirm the distribution of regional price of land, realize the prediction of the influence that the road planning cause to regional price of land.
