摘　　要：素质教育与从业能力是高等职业教育的两个重要方面,目前高职学院毕业生的就业形势比较严峻,主要原因是学生的从业能力不强。高职学院应从二者的内在联系及存在的问题入手,培养学生的综合能力。Quality education and work ability are two important aspects for Vocational and Technical education. Nowadays the Vocational and Technical colleag graduates＇employment circumstances become harder and more severe. The main reason is that the students have not enough work ability. The essay, which is on quality education and work ability,alms at finding out the problems according to analysis for the inherent relation between students＇ quality and work ability,and then explores how to develop students＇ quality and work ability.
