摘  要:采用文献资料法对高校体育弱势群体学生参加体育健身活动的现状和影响因素进行了分析与研究,提出高校体育教学中应关注弱势群体学生体育健身活动的指导、终身体育意识的培养,运用形式多样、内容丰富科学的锻炼方法与手段全面提高弱势群体学生的健康水平。This paper, with the help of the relevant data and references, analyses and studies the current situation in and the causes that which the weak influence them and disabled college students take part in the sports activities to join the games, as well as suggests that in order to improve the weak and disabled students' healthy conditions, the college physical education teaching should focus more on the students in terms of guiding, developing a life-long physical education idea, applying a variety of scientific teaching and practicing approaches and means to the teaching.
