摘　　要：提出绿色虚拟企业虚拟化评价指标体系,用改进的权重分析法确定绿色虚拟企业虚拟化程度评价指标权重,用改进的灰色评价理论建立绿色虚拟企业虚拟化程度评价模型。并根据研制的绿色虚拟企业虚拟化程度评价支持系统,对企业进行案例研究。In the paper, the green virtual enterprise virtualization degree evaluation index system is put forward, its index weights are ascertained by improved weight analysis approach and its evaluation model is established by improved gray evaluation theory to calculate the virtualization degree. In the end, an evaluation support system on virtualization degree of green virtual enterprise is developed for to case research for the enterprise.
