摘　　要：There were very few studies about signal transduction of apoptosis of the spinal cord injury （SCI）. We applied spinal cord compression rats model （Nystrom＇s method） to study the changes of p38 mitogen-activated protein kinase （MAPK） and its relationship with apoptosis.
