高工专院校实践教学改革探索  

On Practical Teaching Reforms in Engineering Non-University Tertiary

摘　　要：高工专院校实践教学必须与本科工程教育相区别,以岗位能力指标体系为基础、以能力培养为主线构建实践教学体系;努力建设校内外实践基地,形成良好的实践教学指导教师队伍,科学、合理地组织教学内容与程序,全方位强化能力培养,以高质量保证培养目标的实现。Practical teaching in engineering non-university tertiaries should differ from that in engineering universities. Practical teaching system in engineering non-university tertiaries, based on post ability system, should be constructed around ability cultivation. The author argues to establish out-school practical basis, form a qualified teaching staff of practical teaching, organize teaching contents and process reasonably, and strengthen students＇ ability cultivation from all aspects so as to realize the cultivating targets.
