摘　　要：委托代理理论可以作为分析农民培训制度的研究框架。对湖南、甘肃、云南、江苏等省区青年农民培训的调研结果显示,目前我国农民培训制度存在多级委托代理,项目运作不规范,缺乏标准化监测、评估指标体系与激励机制等问题。为此,应开展培训机构能力建设,创新培训制度,实现项目运作透明化、高效率,建立农民参与机制。The principal agent theory can be used as a reasereh structure to analyze the farmers-training system,The author discusses problems of farmers-training system such as several ranks principal agent,un-standardized items operating,lack of standarized monitoring, evaluating index system and inspiring mechanism, according to investigation on youth farmers training in Hu＇nan, Gansu, Yunnan and Jiangsu provinces.And puts forward relative suggests on policies,such as strengthening the ablity construction of training department,innovating the training system,building up the farmers-participated mechanism and so on.
