护理程序在食管贲门癌围术期健康教育的应用研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨护理程序在食管贲门癌患者围术期健康教育的应用效果。方法:将90例食管贲门癌患者随机分为两组,以传统健康教育方式为对照组,运用护理程序即评估、诊断、计划、实施、评价的方法进行健康教育为观察组。结果:观察组在有关围术期知识掌握、对护理工作满意度等方面效果明显高于对照组。结论:运用护理程序对食管贲门癌手术患者进行健康教育,能显著地提高健康教育效果。Objective：To discuss the application of nursing program in health education of perioperative period in patients with cardiaoesophagus carcinomathe. Methods ： 90 patients with cardiaoesophagus carcinoma were randomly divided into two groups：traditional ways as control group,nursing programe ways as experimental group. Results：As for the mastery of the knowledge during perioperative period and the satisfactory degree to nursing service,the effects in experimental group were obviously higher than those in the control group. Conclusion ：The effect of health education could be remarkably improved by applying nursing programe during perioperative period in patients with cardiaoesophagus carcinoma.
