摘　　要：生态旅游作为可持续旅游的最佳发展途径,已经成为当今旅游时尚。本文从可持续旅游哲学发展观的角度来分析生态旅游的深刻内涵、发展目标、核心内容及实现的途径,指出以“责任”和“保护”为标签的生态旅游实现的关键在于生态旅游多受益目标系统的建立、其生态伦理和生态责任的强化和生态旅游管理系统的建立。As the best access to the development of sustainable tourism, eco-tourism has been a kind of tourism fashion. The paper discuses the essence, the aim, the main content and practice of ecotourism concerning the philosophy of sustainable development, and it goes further to point out that the critical point for its success is the establishment of the multiple-beneficiary system with the promotion of their eco-ethic and eco-responsibility,
