摘  要:设计开发了由PC机控制的天然气复合供气系统和具有低散热结构的分隔式燃烧室组成的新型燃烧系统,采用陶瓷电热塞和进气空气加热的辅助手段,实现了天然气发动机的压缩点火。并对影响压缩点火天然气发动机起动性能、运转范围的相关因素进行了试验研究。The novel combustion system was developed. It contained natural gas supplement system that was electrically controlled by computer program and with separate combustion chamber that was designed with low heat rejection technology. Assisted by the glow plug located in auxiliary combustion chamber and intake air electrical heater, natural gas compression ignition was implemented in a natural gas engine which was adopted the novel combustion system. The factors that affected starting-up of natural gas engine and operating range such as natural gas supplement model, intake air heating temperature, separate combustion chamber passage parameter and etc were also researched during the experiments.
