摘　　要：在地区与地区之间竞争日益加剧的背景下,促进产业的集群化已成为提升区域竞争力的重要战略方式。产业集群具有聚集效应、协同效应、晕轮效应和区位效应等竞争优势,它能够增强区域竞争力,并对地方经济发展产生巨大的推动作用。因此,地方政府应在引导定位、完善政策、推动园区、扶持中小企业、加强技术创新、提供服务、营造环境等方面对产业集群进行培育和建设。At the time of the competition between different regions getting severe in China, developing industrial clusters is the important strategic manner to advance regional competitiveness. With a series of advantages including assembling, cooperation, diffusion and stimulation, industrial cluster can boost up regional competitiveness and push development of regional economy enormously. Local government should, therefore, cultivate and develop industrial clusters by induction, orientation, impulse, support, innovation and service.
