摘　　要：本文简要梳理了戏剧制作人专业化的历史,指出制作人在文化市场上的角色和需要具备的素质,揭示了当前中国合格戏剧制作人的短缺。Following a brief introduction of the emergence of the theatre producer as a profession, the author describes the roles of the producer in the cultural market, the qualities required of them, and the want of qualified producers in today＇s China.
