摘 要:大学教师聘任制就是大学组织与作为知识生产要素所有者的教师(教师应聘者)之间的一种合约安排,具有一般劳动交易合约的基本特征,但由于信息难题和知识产品的特性,教师聘任合约的性质更为复杂。我国的大学教师聘任制承担了人才筛选、生存激励与改革的政策工具等功能。聘任合约中的岗位设置、聘用程序控制与期限设计等三个主要结构性因素在节约相关交易成本方面具有改进教师聘用效率的政策激励效应。The system of employment for university teachers is a kind of contract arrangement between the university organization and the teachers as possessor of the factors of knowledge production and employee. It is of some basic features shared among general contracts of labor. Due to the difficulty in information and the particularity of intellectual products, the nature of the contract for teacher employment is becoming more complicated. The system of employment for university teacher is being attached the functions of talent selection, survival encouragement, and policy equipment for reform. Three main structural factors like occupational positioning, employment procedure controlling and term designing are displaying the effect of policy encouragement in reducing business cost and promoting the rate of teacher employment.
