摘 要:目的了解长沙地区儿童碘营养状况及尿碘水平。方法收集1999~2002年,1382例6个月~12岁儿童尿样,分3个年龄组,应用砷铈催化分光光度法,进行尿碘浓度的监测分析。结果4年监测尿碘中位数分别为95.7、100.4、103.1和110.0μg/L。尿碘值>100.0μg/L的百分比分别为69.0%、74.9%、85.3%和85.4%。尿碘值<20μg/L的样本占总样本的0.0%,<50.0μg/L占1.8%,<100.0μg/L占17.7%。尿碘水平逐年增高,不同年度之间的尿碘水平,差异有非常显著性(P<0.01)。6个月~3岁、3~6岁、6~12岁尿碘中位数分别为96.31、103.7和115.9μg/L。尿碘值频数分布为26.1%、13.5%和9.9%。不同年龄组之间尿碘水平差异有非常显著性(P<0.01),6个月~3岁组尿碘中位数低于正常值。男童尿碘中位数103.0μg/L,女童尿碘中位数102.5μg/L,不同性别组尿碘水平差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论长沙地区现阶段人群碘摄入量可以满足机体的生理需要,不存在缺碘,只要长期坚持食用合格碘盐,不需要采用其它补碘措施。对3岁以下的低龄儿童,应加强尿碘监测,当合理调整饮食等仍不能纠正时,适当进行药物补碘也是十分必要的。[ Objective ] To investigate of iodine nutritional situation and the urinary iodine value of children in Changsha area. [Method] 1382 children aged from 6 months to 12 years old, Urinary iodine level was determined by spectrophotometry with redox catalytic reaction of As-Ce in 1999 to 2002. [Reasults] The median urinary iodine value during the 4 years was 95.7, 100.4, 103.1, 110.0 ug/L respectively, the percentage of those children the urinary iodine value more than 100.0 ug/L was 69.0%, 74.9%, 85.3% and 85.4% respectively and less than 20.0 ug/L was 0.0%, less than 50.0 ug/L was 1.8%, less than 100.0 ug/L was 17.7%. The urinary iodine value was increased gradually during the 4 years and there was a significant difference (P 〈0.01). The urinary iodine median value of those children, aged from 6 month to 3 years, 3 to 6 years and 6 to 12 years, was 96.31, 103.70 and 115.9 p,g/L respectively. The urinary iodine value frequency was 26.1%, 13.5% and 9.9%. There was a significant difference (P 〈 0.01) in vary aged group. The urinary iodine level of 6 months to 3 year old children was below the normal value. The urinary iodine median value of boys was 103.0 ug/L, and the girls was 102.5 ug/L, there was no significant difference (P 〉0.05). [Conclusions] The iodine from food and salt can meet the physiological demands in Changsha area, hut the children below 3 year-old may control the urinary iodine levels and it is necessary to take some medicine to suoolv iodine.
