垂体肿瘤转化基因与碱性成纤维细胞生长因子在急性白血病中的表达和临床意义

摘　　要：为了探讨垂体肿瘤转化基因(PTTG)与碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(bFGF)在急性白血病中的表达及其与急性白血病预后的相关性,采用免疫细胞化学染色方法检测53例急性白血病患者及15例非急性白血病患者的PTTG蛋白和bFGF的表达水平。结果表明,急性白血病组PTTG蛋白和bFGF表达较非急性白血病组明显升高,两者呈显著性差异(P<0.01)。在急性白血病组中,化疗后完全缓解的患者与初发的病人比较有显著差异(P<0.01),并且PTTG蛋白和bFGF的表达呈正相关(r=0.61,P<0.01)。结论:PTTG蛋白和bFGF在急性白血病中高表达,而且与化疗疗效密切相关,这提示PTTG蛋白与bFGF的检测对于急性白血病的诊断、疗效评价及预后估计均有一定意义,PTTG与bFGF参与了急性白血病的发展。To investigate the expression of pituitary tumor-transforming gene （FFFG） and basic fibroblast growth factor （b-FGF） in acute leukemia , as well as the relationship of their expression with prognosis in acute leukemia, expressions of PTrG and b-FGF in acute leukemia （AL） specimens were detected by immunocytochemical technique. The results showed that the expressions of PTrG and b-FGF in AL group were higher than that in the control group significantly （P 〈0.01 ）. In AL group, after chemotherapy, the expression of FFFG and b-FGF in de novo patients group was higher than in the complete remission patient group significantly （ P 〈 0.01 ）. The expressions of PTTG and b-FGF showed positive correlation （ r =0. 61, P 〈0.01 ）. It is concluded that Up-regulation of PTTG and b-FGF expression may be involved in the progression of acute leukemia and correlated closely with therapeutic effect. Associated detection of PTTG and b-FGF may help to judge the malignancy degree and prognosis of acute leukemia.
