摘 要:眼眶骨折导致的眼眶畸形和眼球移位的矫正是眼科医生面临的棘手问题之一。近年来,在眼眶骨折的分类、眼 眶容积测量、眼眶修复材料的应用和眼眶骨折修复的计算机辅助设计等方面取得进展,提高了眼眶骨折的诊断和治疗水平。但 在鼻眶筛骨折的治疗、眼球运动障碍的矫正、眶内植入新材料的研制和计算机手术导航等方面仍有许多难题亟待攻克。The surgical correction of orbital deformities and dislocation of eyeball caused by orbital fractures is one of the toughest subjects. The level of diagnosis and therapy of orbital fractures has been markedly improved, such as the classification of orbital fractures, calculation of orbital volume, materials for orbital repair, application of the technique of computeraided design / computer-aided manufacture for orbital surgical correction. Many questions still remain to be elucidated, including the treatment of naso-orbital-ethmoid fractures, the improvement of the limit of eyeball movement, the application and invention of orbital materials, the technique of computer-aided operations for orbital fractures. Answers of these questions will benefit the development of orbital surgery.
