摘 要:通过对氧化铝黑瓷粉料进行预烧处理,增大颗粒尺寸,降低比表面能,改善浆料的流变性能,制备出高固相量、低粘度的氧化铝黑瓷稳定浆料。研究结果表明:随着预烧温度的升高,粉料比表面积减小,预烧使粉料活性略有下降,综合考虑900℃是较合适的预烧温度。预烧处理明显改善了浆料的流变性能,由900℃预烧处理的粉料可制备出55vol%高固相体积分数的浆料。In this paper, Preheating is used to increase the dimension of alumina black porcelain powder, lower the specific surface energy and improve the rheological behavior of slurry , which is favor to obtain a low viscosity of ceramics suspensions with high solid content. The results indicate that the optimum preheating temperature is 900℃ for the dimension and specific surface energy of ceramics powder, and it is clear that the rheological behaviors of alumina black porcelain slurries are improved obviously and solid volume of the alumina black porcelain slurries containing 55 % were obtained by the use of preheating technology.
