摘　　要：目的研究一种颧骨颧弓骨折微创快速牵引复位固定的方法.方法采用自行研制的颧骨颧弓骨折微创快速牵引复位固定器,对28例颧骨颧弓骨折患者进行微创快速牵引复位固定术,术后牵引固定3～7天.结果所有患者均取得满意的临床疗效.结论该方法达到了微创、快速、牵引复位与固定相结合治疗颧骨颧弓骨折的目的,大大简化了手术,节省时间,减轻患者痛苦,既安全,又有效,值得临床推广应用.Objective To develop a rapid, microlesion method to treat the fracture of zygomatic bone using the rtaction- reposition- fixation device. Methods Twenty-eight patients of the fracture of zygomatic bone were treated by the device invented by the authors and the fractures were fixed for 3--7 days postopearatively. Results All the patients were satisfied with the curative effects. Conclusion The method combining traction, reposition and fixation has achieved the purposes of microlesin, rapidness and simplicity without much pain. It is safe, economic and effective and is worth extending.
