摘  要:目的:探讨能否用自动化仪器替代传统人工计数方法检测胸腹腔积液中的细胞含量。方法:对收集的121例胸腹腔积液标本,采用传统光学显微镜计数方法直接计数细胞总数和白细胞数,同时分别用SysmexUF-100全自动尿沉渣分析仪和 SysmexKx-21 血细胞分析仪进行细胞计数分析,并将所得结果作配对t检验和相关性分析。结果:用UF-100全自动尿沉渣分析仪及KX-21血细胞分析仪检测所得的细胞总数和白细胞数与人工计数方法计数结果相比较,均存在显著性差异(p< 0.05);经回归分析细胞总数的相关系数(γ)分别为:0.560和0.305,白细胞数的相关系数(γ)分别为:0.645和0.482,相关性亦不好。结论:UF-100全自动尿沉渣分析仪和KX-21血细胞分析仪均不能代替人工计数方法用于胸腹腔积液中的细胞计数检测。Objective:To discuss if automatic detecting instrument could be applied on cell count in hydrothorax or ascites instead of traditional method. Methods: 121 cases of hydrothorax or ascites specimens were collected. SysmexUF - 100 automatic urine sediment appearance, SysmexKX -21 blood cell analysis instrument and traditional manual method were used to count white blood cell and totoal cell in all samples. The data were treat with student-T test and relativity analysis. Results:There was significant difference between data collected by SysmexUF - 100 aytinatuc urine sediment appearance and traditional manual method after T test ( P 〈 0.05 ). For white blood cell, the correlation coefficient was 0. 645, as for total cell, it was 0. 560. The resualt was although different from manual method when applying SysmentKX - 21 blood cell analysis instrument ( P 〈 0.05 ) , For white blood cell, the correlation coefficient was 0. 482, as for total cell, it was 0. 305. Conclusion: Both Sysmex UF - 100 automatic urine sediment appearance and SysmexKX -21 blood cell analysis instrument could not be used for cell count in Hydrothorax or ascites to substitute traditional manual method.
