大鼠面神经脑诱发电位潜伏期的测定

摘　　要：目的测定大鼠面神经脑诱发电位潜伏期的正常参考值,建立本实验室面神经脑诱发电位正常参考值数据库。方法采用诱发电位仪,直接电刺激30只大鼠面神经颊支近中枢端,在其外耳道后壁记录面神经脑诱发电位。结果大鼠面神经脑诱发电位波形主要有四个波:N1(-)、P1(+)、N2(-)、P2(+),潜伏期分别是(0.76±0.11)ms、(1.50±0.27)ms、(2.21±0.28)ms、(2.87±0.25)ms,左右两侧各个相应波潜伏期的样本均数无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论该方法测得的大鼠面神经脑诱发电位正常参考值较为稳定,可以采用同体双侧对比实验,为进一步研究病理状态下面神经脑诱发电位的变化等提供了一定的实验依据。Objective To mensurate the normal latency of facial nerve-evoked brain potentials in rats, and establish a database of normal values of facial-nerve evoked brain potentials for our lab. Methods The facial nerve＇s buccal branches near to the center were stimulated directly in 30 rats by the evoked potential instrument for obtaining and recording the facial nerve-evoked brain potentials in the posterior wall of external auditory canal. Results The facial nerve-evoked brain potentials contain four main waves： N^1（-）, P^1（＋）,N^2（-）, P^2（＋） in the facial-nerve evoked brain potentials in rat, and their latencies are （0.76±0.11）, （1.50±0.27）, （2.21±0.28） and （2.87±0.25） ms. There is not a significant difference （P〉0.05） between the wave samples of the left and fight sides. Conclusion This method can take on the better stability of normal latencies of facial-nerve evoked brain potentials in rats, and adopt both-side contrast test in a case, which will be helpful to investigate the change of facial nerve-evoked brain potentials in pathological state.
