摘  要:目的观察不同浓度肿瘤腹水接种后,Wistar大鼠腹水产生的情况与其本身免疫功能的关系。方法24只大鼠被接种不同浓度的Walker-256肿瘤腹水0.3 ml,另外12只大鼠腹腔注入生理盐水0.3 ml作为对照组,8d后观察各组大鼠产生腹水的数量及细胞免疫及体液免疫功能各指标。结果高浓度腹水接种后产生腹水的大鼠只数少于稀释后接种的大鼠只数,各组免疫指标均具有统计学意义,P<0.05,其中高浓度腹水接种组免疫功能最好,稀释后接种的大鼠免疫功能最差。结论不适当地增加含肿瘤腹水的浓度并不能增加产生腹水的可能性,相反确有可能激活大鼠本身的细胞和免疫功能消灭腹水内肿瘤细胞,使得产生腹水的可能性降低。Objective To observe the relationship between the concentration of Walker-256 ascites inoculated into the abdominal cavity and immunological function of rats. Methods 36 Wistar rats were randomly divided into 3 groups, 12 rats each. In group Ⅰ , the rats were inoculated with 0.3 ml ascites without dilution. The rats in group Ⅱ received 0.3 ml ascites in 1:5 dilution with saline. The rats of control group received intraepritoneal injection of 0.3 ml normal saline only. Immunological function was assessed at 8 days after ascites inoculation. Results In group Ⅰ , apparent ascites was formed only in 2/12 rats, while 11/12 rats in group Ⅱ showed ascites formation. The immune function of group Ⅰ was significantly higher than that of group Ⅱ , and that of group Ⅱ was poorest among the 3 groups. Conclusion Our finding imdicate that very high concentration of ascites perhaps elevate the immunological function of rat. Attention should be paid to select an appropriate concentration of inoculated cancer ascites to avoid drastic changes in the immunological function in rats.
