镁对机体抗氧化体系影响的研究进展

摘　　要：镁与机体抗氧化防御系统有关。镁缺乏动物抗氧化能力降低,更易发生自由基损伤,镁摄入不足会引发一些因自由基损伤而引起的疾病。本文综述了镁对于机体抗氧化体系影响的研究进展。Magnesium is involved in antioxidant defense mechanisms in the body. Magnesium-deficlent animals are more susceptible to free radical injury, supporting the hypothesis that magnesium deficiency reduces the threshold of antioxldant capacity. Inadequate intake of this nutrient has been associated with some diseases, where pathogenic role of free radicals is suggested. This article details the progress in research on influences of magnesium in the body＇s antioxidant system.
