摘 要:目的探讨新鲜、甘油脱水异种角膜基质材料的神经再生特性。方法将新鲜、甘油脱水猪角膜基质材料分别植入到兔角膜基质层间,术后不同时期,通过神经组织银染技术观察受体角膜基质神经再生的状况。结果受体创缘的再生神经纤维分别于术后2个月和3个月长入新鲜材料和脱水材料,但形态走向异常;术后4个月,2种材料周边区神经纤维的数量明显增加,可见神经纤维束和神经纤维丛再生,部分象限中央区也可见神经纤维再生;术后5个月,再生神经纤维形态走向开始改建。结论异种角膜基质材料植入后易于神经再生,再生速度不一;甘油脱水工序对材料的远期神经再生率没有影响。Objective To investigate nerve regeneration of the fresh and dehydrated xenografts in a porcine-to-rabbit model of corneal stroma orthotopic transplantation. Methods The fresh and dehydrated grafts from the porcine corneal stroma were implanted respectively in corneas of 12 rabbits. The process of nerve regeneration in the corneal stromas of the hosts was observed at intervals following the surgery through the silver nerve staining technique. Results The regenerative nerves in the host corneas grew respectively into the fresh grafts adjacent to the incision site after 2 months and into the dehydrated grafts after 3 months, but they were abnormal in both distribution and morphology. After 4 months, at both the fresh and the dehydrated graft margins,the number of re-innervated fibers was increased obviously,and a small quantity of nerve trunks and nerve plexus were found. Regenerative nerves were also detected in the central area in both the fresh and the dehydrated grafts at the same stage. After 5 months, the neural structure and the architecture in the rabbit corneal stromas began to reconstruct. Conclusion Nerves can regenerate easily in the fresh and the dehydrated xenogeneic corneal stromas at different speed in different periods following orthotopic transplantation. The dehydrated procedure does not affect nerve regeneration of xenografts at the later stage.
