远视性弱视治疗前后远近立体视的变化

摘　　要：目的探讨远视性弱视治疗前后远近立体视的变化。方法对158名远视性弱视儿童在治疗前及治疗后进行远、近立体视检查。结果治疗前远立体视优于近立体视(P<0.025),而治疗后远立体视较近立体视差(P<0.05);治疗后远、近立体视均优于治疗前远、近立体视(P<0.005);治疗后的立体视5岁前初次就诊的患者优于5岁后初次就诊的患者(P<0.005)。结论远视性弱视患者近立体视功能提高较远立体视功能快;关于弱视儿童治疗时机的选择没有时间限制,开始治疗时间越早越好。Objective To study the changes of far and near stereopsis before and after the treatment of hyperopic amblyopia. Methods The far and the near stereopsis were measured in 158 subjects with hyperopic amblyopia before and after the treatment. Resuits The far stereopsis was better than the near stereopsis before the treatment（P 〈 0. 025）, but after the treatment the far stereopsis was worse than the near stereopsis（P 〈 0.05）. After the treatment the far and the near stereopsis were better than before（P 〈 0.005）. The stereopsis was better after treatment in patients who received their first treatment before 5 years of age than those who after 5 age （ P 〈 0. 005 ）. Conclusion In hyperopic amblyopia the improvement of the near stereopsis is faster than the far; There is no time limit for the treatment opportunity for hyperopic amblyopia. The earlier treatment, the better effect.
