摘  要:目的探讨多项肿瘤标志物蛋白芯片检测系统对原发性肝癌的诊断价值。方法采用蛋白芯片检测技术,对93例原发性肝癌7、1例非癌性肝病4、9例健康献血员血清中的12种肿瘤标志物进行定量分析。结果对原发性肝癌诊断的敏感性为88.1%,特异性为87.3%。原发性肝癌组与非癌性肝病组比较差异显著(P<0.01)。结论多项肿瘤标志物蛋白芯片检测系统可用于对肝癌高危人群的筛查,联合多因素分析亦有助于原发性肝癌的早期诊断。Ojective To study the clinical significance of serum 12 tumor marker levels in patients with primary hepatocellular carcinoma(PHC) . Methods The diagnosis value of 12 tumor markers were quantitatively detected by a protein chip in the serum of 93 patients with PHC, 71 patients with other liver diseases and 49 controls. Results The sensitivity and specificity of the diagnosis of PHC using the protein chip were 88.1% and 87.3 % respectively . Conclusion multi-tumor markers levels in the serum can be deteced by using protein chip. It is useful in survey and observation of curative effect for patients with HPC. Combinative detection of tumor markers is befneicial to the PHC diagnosis.
