摘 要:目的探讨肝炎平对肝纤维化大鼠血浆同型半胱氨酸、半胱氨酸、半胱_甘氨酸及谷胱甘肽水平的影响。方法制备CCl4大鼠肝纤维化模型。动物随机分为正常对照组(N组)、肝炎平治疗组(G组)、和络舒肝胶囊治疗组(H)及肝纤维化模型组(D组)。采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定各组血浆同型半胱氨酸(homocysteine)、半胱氨酸(cysteine)、半胱_甘氨酸(cysteinyl_glycine)及谷胱甘肽(glutathione,GSH)水平。结果肝炎平治疗组及和络舒肝胶囊治疗组同型半胱氨酸含量明显下降,与模型组相比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论肝炎平通过调节肝纤维化大鼠体内含硫氨基酸代谢,降低血浆同型半胱氨酸,可能是其抗大鼠肝纤维化作用的机制之一。Objective To study the effect of Ganyanping on plasma homocysteine, cysteine, cysteinyl-glycine and glutathione of hepatic fibrosis of rats induced by CCl4. Methods The rats were separated randomly into four groups : normal control group (N), Ganyanping-treated group (E), Huoluoshugan-treated group(H), and model group (M). The plasma homocysteine, cysteine, cysteinyl-glycine and glutathione were determined with high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). Results The plasma homocysteine was decreased in Ganyanping-treated group and Huoluoshugan-treated group (H), showing significant difference( P 〈 0.05), as compared to the model group. Conclusion Ganyanping could reduce the level of plasma homocysteine by regulating the sulfur metabolism. It may be one of the antifibrotic mechanism of Ganyanping.
