腺样囊性癌中雪旺氏细胞标记物S100蛋白表达的超微结构观察

摘　　要：目的:从超微结构水平了解雪旺氏细胞标记物 S100蛋白在腺样囊性癌中的表达,进而分析腺样囊性癌中哪种细胞成份发生了雪旺氏细胞分化。方法:采用免疫电镜方法研究 S100蛋白,肌动蛋白(muscle actin,MA)在腺样囊性癌中的表达。结果:S100阳性细胞与 MA 阳性细胞具有相同的分布和超微结构。这种超微结构符合肌上皮细胞的超微结构特点。结论:腺样囊性癌中突变的肌上皮细胞可能发生了雪旺氏细胞分化。Objective： To identify which type of cells in adenoid cystic carcinoma express the schwann＇s cell marker-S100 protein. Methods： Expression of S100 protein and muscle actin （MA） in adenoid cystic carcinoma were examined by immunoelectron microscope. Results： The distributions and uhrastructures of the SIO0 positive cells and MA positive cells were the same cells. These uhrastructures also have the the characteristics of myoepithelial cells. Conclusion： The schwann＇s cell differentiation may occur in the the modified myoepithelial cell of the adenoid cystic carcinomas.
