摘 要:目的:检测牙科氧化锆陶瓷与V itadur alpha、两种自制饰面瓷材料的界面结合性能,以利于进一步研究应用。方法:采用粉浆涂塑法将V itadur alpha及两种饰面瓷材料按照烧结程序分别烧结于氧化锆陶瓷上,检测界面抗剪切强度,并进行抗热冲击性能测试,研究不同材料界面结合性能。结果:V itadur alpha、两种饰面瓷材料G-1、G-2与氧化锆烧结后,在给定温度范围内未出现开裂现象,G-2与氧化锆陶瓷界面抗剪切强度(36.22±5.77)MPa高于V itadurα组结果(27.83±2.75)MPa及G-1组结果(30.76±3.81)MPa,各组结果之间无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:V itadur alpha、饰面瓷材料G-1和G-2能够与氧化锆陶瓷支架材料匹配,可以作为饰面瓷材料进行进一步研究。Objective: To evaluate the interfaces between dental Zirconia ceramics and Vitadur alpha and two self-made veneer porcelains G - 1, G -2. Methods: Three veneer porcelains were sintered on the surface of pre -sintered Zirconia ceramic plates. Shear bond strength between three kinds of veneer porcelains and dental Zirconia ceramic was measured, and thermal shock test was applied to observed their bond properties. Results: During the thermal shock test, there was no crack appeared in all groups. Shear bond strength of group G - 2 was ( 36.22 ± 5.77 ) MPa, which was higher than that of group G - 1 and group Vitadur alpha, which were (30.76 ± 3.81 ) MPa and (27.83 ± 2.75 ) MPa respectively. ANOVA result showed that there was no statistic difference between each group ( P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusion : As satisfying results were observed in the interfaces between dental Zirconia ceramics and Vitadur alpha and self - made veneer porcelains G - 1 and G - 2, further clinical research could be carried out on the veneer porcelains combined with Zirconia ceramic framework.
