摘 要:目的:探讨利用Pro/E软件自适应功能建立包含不同螺纹形态、不同螺距牙种植体的下颌骨骨块的三维有限元模型的方法。为不同螺纹界面的力学分析,螺纹的优化设计提供分析平台。方法:使用pro/E软件建立包含不同螺纹形态、不同螺距的牙种植体的下颌骨骨块三维实体模型,导入ansys workbench9.0有限元分析软件中,进行单元划分、初始应力的验证分析,建立三维有限元模型。结果:螺纹角度、尺寸与设定相同,形状同真实螺纹完全一致,力学分析结果与文献报道一致。结论:探索了基于Pro/E软件自适应功能建立含有不同螺纹形态、不同螺距牙种植体的下颌骨骨块的三维有限元模型的方法,提高了建模的准确性,灵活性和速度,所建模型能够满足不同螺纹界面应力的力学分析的要求,也为螺纹的优化设计提供分析平台。Objective: To create 3 - D models of different thread geometries and pitches of dental implants for finite element analysis based on self- adaptation of pro/enginerring software. Methods: When used pro/enginerring software to create 3 - D models of dental implants which include different thread geometries and pitches, assembled every 3 - D model of thread dental implant to 3 - D model of mandible bone segment, and imported it to ansysis sofeware, then meshed the 3 - D implant - bone complexs. Results: The beginning and ending of simulant 3 - D thread were completely identical to the real thread. The angle and size of the thread was coincidence with the setting one. Conclusion : 3 - D FE models of different thread geometries and pitches of dental implant based on self - adaptation of pro/engineer were created. The method enhanced the accurancy, flexibility and velocity in constructing a mode. This model could satisfy stress/strain analysis of differen implant - bone interface, and offer a platform for the optimum desigh of thread.
