摘 要:目的:对分别添加磷酸锆载银抗菌剂,醋酸洗必泰,三氯新3种抗菌成分的藻酸盐印模材料的抗菌性能进行测试,为口腔抗菌印模材料的研制奠定实验基础。方法:以1%的添加比将3种抗菌成分加入藻酸盐印模材料中,采用薄膜密着法,分别测试添加抗菌成分后印模材料对金黄色葡萄球菌,大肠杆菌的抗菌活性。结果:添加磷酸锆载银抗菌剂,醋酸洗必泰,三氯新的藻酸盐印模材料对金黄色葡萄球菌的抗菌率分别为99.85%,99.75%,99.91%;对大肠杆菌的抗菌率分别为99.83%,99.44%,99.89%。经检验,3种材料对两种菌株的抗菌率均无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:以1%的比例添加3种抗菌成分的藻酸盐印模材料对金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌均具有良好的抗菌效果。采用薄膜密着法对藻酸盐印模材料进行抗菌性能的评价具有可行性。Objective: To measure the in vitro antibacterial activities of the alginate impression materials impregnated with three kinds of antimicrobial agents. Methods: Three antimicrobial agents were added into dental alginate impression materials respectively in the ratio of 1%. Their antibacterial activities were tested using a method according to the Chinese and Japanese standards for testing antibacterial efficacy of antibacterial materials. Bacteria strains used included Staphylococcus aures ATCC6538 and Escherichia coli ATCC 25922. Results: The antibacterial ratios of three alginate impression materials impregnated with antimicrobial agents against two tested bacteria strains were all beyond 99%. There was no significant differences among the antibacterial ratios of the three materials ( P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusions : The impregnation of three antimicrobial agents could offer alginate impression materials with strong antibacterial activities against two tested bacteria strains. The method used in this study was practicable to test the in vitro antibacterial activity of dental impression materials.
