钛制腭托全口义齿的临床应用

摘　　要：目的:观察钛制腭托全口义齿临床应用效果.方法:对100例无牙牙合患者采用二次印模法,取功能性印模,常规制作钛腭托全口义齿,并进行1～3年的临床疗效观察.结果:临床应用观察得知,钛制腭托全口义齿固位好,异物感小,基托轻薄,没有金属味,抗折力强.尤其以前曾戴用过PMMA全口义齿的患者更换钛制腭托全口义齿后感觉更舒适,适应期明显缩短.其满意度达85%.其中3例患有轻度口腔干燥症的患者对钛制基托全口义齿满意度明显高于PMMA全口义齿,钛制腭托在3年的使用过程中尚未发现基托折裂现象.但是有40%的患者钛腭托磨光面使用后出现色素沉着,这可能与患者的饮食习惯和口腔卫生以及义齿加工质量有关.Objective： To evaluate the clinical effect of titanium palatal plate for complete denture. Methods： 100 edentulous patients, who wore titanium palatal plate denture with two - step impression, were observed the clinical effect for 1 to 3 years. Results： According to the clinical effect, the titanium palatal plate dentures had better retention, less foreign body sensation, light weight, excellent fracture - resistance, and without metal taste. Especially, patients felt more comfortable. If they have the experience of wearing PMMA complete denture, two patients suffering light siogrng disease were much more pleased with the titanium palatal plate dentures than PMMA. There were no fracture occurred after titanium palatal plate dentures were used for 3 years. 40% patients found pigmentation on the polished surface of the titanium palatal dentures. This might relate to patients＇diet habit, oral sanitation and quality of dentures.
