摘 要:目的 观察健康受试者用酪酸梭菌、双歧杆菌胶囊后肠道菌群的变化。 方法 健康受试者30例,随机均分为3个剂量组,每组10例,剂量分别为每天 0.84,1.68和3.36 g,分2次口服,共10天。用药前后,分别进行大便常规检查 和细菌定量培养。结果 用药前后,其大便色泽、性状无明显变化,而大便pH 值较用药前均显著降低(P<0.001);用药后,3组肠道菌群中有益菌有增加趋 势,均检出酪酸梭菌,并与剂量呈正相关;双歧杆菌较用药前有增加趋势,特别 是大剂量组增加明显(P<0.05);其他菌群数量无显著变化。不同性别健康受 试者,小剂量组肠球菌、大剂量组双歧杆菌用药后男女有明显差异外(P<0.05, P<0.01),其他各组肠道菌群数量变化无性别差异(P>0.05)。结论 酪酸梭 菌、双歧杆菌胶囊中的酪酸梭菌、双歧杆菌可在肠道定植、发育和增殖,并能抑 制致病菌繁殖生长。Objective To observe the changes of intestinal tract colony after take the capsuls of Clostridium butyricum and Bacillus bifidus. Methods Thirty healthy volunteers, 15 men and 15 women were divided into three groups by random. The doses of the three groups were 0. 84, 1.68 and 3.36 g · d^-1, bid for 10 days. Routine excrement examination and bacterial culture were made before and after the volunteers took the medicine. Resuits The appearance of excrement had no apparent change, but the pH had a significant decrease (P 〈0. 001 )after taking the medicine. Bacterial culture of the three groups showed the helpful intestinal tract colony increased, and increasing with the raise of doses. Bacillus bifidus had a raise trend after taking the medicine, especially in the largest doses group (P 〈 0. 05). Other intestinal tract colonies had no apparent change. Intestinal tract colonies had no gender difference in different gender volunteers except coccus in enterococci small dosage group and Bacillus bifidus in large dosage group( P 〈0. 05 P 〈 0. 01 ). Conclusion Clostridium butyricum and Bacillus bifidus could improve intatinae enviments and proliferate, and inhibit the growth of pathopoiesis bacteria.
