摘　　要：进入21世纪,日照港步入快速发展时期,正处于从第一代港口向第二代港口转变的关键阶段,面对复杂的内外部环境,如何科学、合理定位,保证港口持续、稳定发展已成为港口管理者面临的重要问题。运用SWOT模型,结合AHP的分析方法,对日照港发展的内外部环境和竞争的优劣势加以分析,指出当前日照港发展的优势大于劣势,应采用扩张型战略,并就此提出建议。Rizhao Port is experiencing a rapid development at the beginning of the 21st century. It is in the crucial stage of transition from the first generation to the second generation port, putting the port administrators into challenge with how to orient scientifically and reasonably to ensure a sound and stable development of port under the intricate internal and external environments. This paper, by applying SWOT model and AHP method, analyzes the internal and external environments for development of Rizhao Port and its advantages and disadvantages for competition. It is concluded that the advantages are superior to the disadvantages and an expansion strategy shall be taken, with some suggestions provided.
