摘　　要：在偏序集上引入了余伴随对(,)的概念,并研究了它在格上的若干性质,提出了余剩余格理论,最后在此基础上给出了M V-代数的一个等价刻画。The concept of co-adjoint pairs is introduced in particatty order set,and the characteristic of co-adioint pairs is investigated in lattices. Then the concept of co-residuated lattices is proposed accordingly. Finally, an equivalent characterization of MV-aigbra is provided based on the theory of co-residuated lattices.
