摘　　要：减速器常规设计常忽视设计的优化问题,使得机构自重大,成本高。本文根据优化变量的特点,采用了离散变量的组合型优化方法对减速器的设计进行了优化,减少了加工余量,降低了生产成本。The conventional design of the reducer usually neglects the optimization, which makes the reducer itself heavy and costly. Based on the characteristic of the optimization variables, this article has described the optimization design of the reducer with the method of MDCP, so that the machining allowance has been reduced and the production cost has been reduced as well.
