摘  要:为了探讨海马一氧化氮合成酶(NOS)与运动性疲劳的关系,研究了运动性疲劳对大鼠海马NOS活性的影响。经4周大强度游泳训练制成大鼠运动疲劳模型,在安静状态下,用放射免疫学方法检侧了大鼠海马NOS总活性。结果表明:疲劳组大鼠海马NOS总活性大于对照组(P<0.05)。说明:运动性疲劳作为一种应激可使大鼠海马神经元中的NOS上调,海马NOS神经元参与了中枢运动性疲劳的形成,其机理可能与海马神经元对应激反应的心理、行为、内分泌调节以及NO的神经毒性有关。In order to explore the relationship between exercise-induced fatigue and nitric oxide synthase (NOS) in hippocampus, dais study explored effects of exercise-induced fatigue on expression of NOS in rat hippocampus. After four-week swimming exercise with high-level imensity, under the quiet situation, the general NOS activity in rat hippocampus was tested adopted radioimmunological technique. The results of this study indicated that there existed a significant increase of the general NOS activity in rat hippocampus in fatigue group ( P 〈 0. 05 ). It was concluded that exercise-induced fatigue as a stress can inspire upregulated expression of NOS in hippocampus, which was involved in forming of exercise-induced central fatigue. It was proposed that it was due to the psychological, behavioral, endocrine regulation of hippocampus on stress, and NO neurotoxicity.
