摘　　要：高校虚拟研究中心是一种新型的R&D创新模式,其实质就是借助现代网络技术快速,以高校为虚拟联盟核心,与其他科研院所、企业研发部门等建立的广泛合作关系,实现科技创新活动的结合。本文在研究高校虚拟研究中心的组织模式、伙伴选择、资金与资源来源、组建形式、组建程序等的基础上,探讨高校虚拟研究中心的决策机制、协调机制、激励约束机制、保密制度等运作机制的建立与创新。Collegial virtual research center is a new kind of R＆D innovation organizatiotr In essence its function is to achieve research activities by establishing cooperation connection with other research organizations by dint of modem network. In the paper, the composition form and cooperation mode of the collegial virtualresearch center are discussed, and the operational mechanism is designed, such as decision - making mechanism, harmony mechanism, prompting mechanism, secrecy system.
