摘　　要：改革高校的科技管理体制,加强高校跨学科科技整合与创新,充分发挥学校在国家创新体系中的重要作用。学科交叉,知识综合,自然资源的可持续利用,社会的可持续发展,需要整合科学技术和研究力量。提高管理水平,创新管理机制,促进跨学科科技整合与创新,发挥高校科技队伍作用,是高校的科技管理部门和科技管理者的历史史命。Management system for science and technology at university is reformed in order to strengthen interdisciplinary integration and innovation. The university role in national innovation system should be attached great importance to. Interdiscipline, knowledge integration, sustainable resource utilization and social development need to integrate science, technology and research personnel resources. It is the historical duty of university administrative office of science and technology to enhance management level, to innovate management system, to promote interdisciplinary integration and innovation and to take advantage of researchers at university.
