摘　　要：简述了生态水利管理的内涵,将人工免疫系统的管理应用到水利领域,并对生态水利管理方法及其应用进行了初步探索,主要包括生态水利管理网络模型、生态水利安全预警系统及其指标体系、反馈机制、实现途径等。This text briefly introduces ecological-hydraulic management connotation.Manual immune theory is applied to water conservancy.Primary discussion of ecological-hydraulic management methods based on manual immune system and its application are presented.Central content includes ecological-hydraulic immunity analysis and it's model structure,forewarn system and it's index system and feedback mechanism and the route realization of ecological-hydraulic safety.
