摘　　要：以生动具体的作文教学实例,论述了高校语文教师在关注学生情感和人文素质层面上进行作文教学的重要性,进而提出:以人文精神指导大学生写作,从帮助学生认识自我引向对整个人性的、对自然和社会问题的关注,可以使大学生的人文素质切实得到提升。以人文精神指导大学生写作应从三个方面去努力:引导学生抒写真实体验;要求学生抒发自己的独特感受;教会学生将激情融入作文之中。With the vivid and concrete composition teaching examples, the author of this paper expounds the importance of composition teaching at the level of college Chinese teachers showing great concern over students＇ feelings and humanistic quality. Next, the author points out that guiding students＇ writing with humanistic spirit can help them to have a better idea of themselves so as to attract their attention to human, natural and social problems, which may really improve college students＇ humanistic quality. Guiding students＇ writing with humanistic spirit should be conducted in three aspects, encouraging college students to write about their true experience, asking students to give expression to their own unique feelings and teaching students how to integrate their passions into their compositions.
