摘　　要：阐述了高精度捷联惯性测量装置全温测试系统的设计方案及主要功能,对该系统进行了软硬件设计,分析了测试程序的特点。通过对软硬件进行部分修改,该系统可以完成不同种类的惯性测量装置误差建模和综合测试。The scheme and main function of full temperature test system for high precision inertia measuring unit are described in this paper. The design of system in hardware and software is made. The characteristics of the software are analyzed. The system can be used for error modeling and synthesis test for different kinds of inertia measuring unit.
