摘  要:随着高校的扩招,教学质量成为高校工作的重中之重,各高校千方百计地采取有利措施,加强教学管理,完善对教学全程的质量监控。本文阐述了教学督导的产生、发展过程,所具有的价值和意义,并对其进行了利弊分析,以求更好地发挥教学督导“监督、指导、评估”的作用,全面加强对教学质量的监控。With the expanding enrollment of universities, teaching quality becomes the most important thing that the universities have to deal with. Each university takes the favorable measures by all means to improve teaching management and perfect the quality - controlling of the whole teaching course. This essay explains the production of teaching mentor, its evolution and the roles of supervised and guided in teaching. It also summarizes the experience, carries on an analysis pros and cons about it , so as to play its functions of "superintending, directing , leading , and commenting" more better, and strengthen the control of teaching quality all the way.
