摘 要:本文是在总结了国内外猪皮服装革生产技术的基础上,针对猪皮组织结构特征,采用特殊的工艺处理方法,研制出具有绵羊风格的猪服装革。在鞣前工序,采用包灰、包酶等措施重处理臀部以消除部位差,并使用优良的浸灰助剂、酸性酶软助剂等,使皮纤维均匀一致的分散;鞣制采用稀土—KMC结合鞣法;并对多种复鞣剂、加脂剂、涂饰剂进行了大量的性能研究,筛选出了发泡感强、柔软丰满性好的材料,进行配合使用。通过吸水性、柔软度、真密度、视密度、孔率、双向延伸性的测定,以及组织切片、扫描电镜观测革纤维分散情况等,与绵羊皮进行对比测试分析,证实了研制得的猪正面服装革具有绵羊风格。Based on summarizing the production technology of pigskin garment leather, aimed at the features of tissue structure of pigskin the authors adopted special methods in developing new type pigskin garment leather which has sheepskin leather' style In preparation process the excellent auxiliary liming agent and acidic enzyme bate were used,and using lime and enzyme especially treat the butt of pigskin. In tanning process rare earth-KMC combination tannage was used. In addition chemicals which coordinately act in retanning fatliquoring and finishing were chosen. Finally, a series of comparable tests including water absorption, softness, real density, visual density, porosity, double directional stretching property and the separation of skin fibres observed through scanning electron microscope were determined, the results showed that the finished pigskin garment leather possesed the good quality as similar as that of sheepskin's.
