人工晶体植入后的病理学观察

摘　　要：人工晶体（ＩＯＬ）植入后间隔时间不等，摘取患者眼、兔眼和小鼠腹膜外间隙内的ＩＯＬ，利用光镜和电镜进行ＩＯＬ表面膜和细胞学比较观察。其中，人眼ＩＯＬ表面的反应膜最轻微；巨噬细胞和多核巨细胞数量极少；几乎未见淋巴细胞反应。２０只家兔分为实验组和对照组，经７ｄ、２０ｄ、３４ｄ和７４ｄ组织病理学比较观察，两组并无差别。结果提示，植入的ＩＯＬ均仅引起轻度异物反应。Light and scanning and transmission electron microscopy were used for comparative investigation of mem-branous and cellular reaction on the surface of the artificial intraocular lenses(IOLs)irnplanted in human eyes,rab-bit eyes and the mouse extraperitoneal space for various times.The reactions were found to be mildest on the lensimplanted in human eyes,very few macrophages and multinuclear giant cells and almost no lymphocytes were seen.20 rabbits were divided into two groups:in group A,the original lens had been extracted and IOL implanted,throughthe posterior chamber into the capsular bag;in group B,the original lens had been extracted,and no IOL implantedas a control.7,20,34,74 days after operation histopathological observations were made,no distinct differences wereseen between these two groups besides some foreign body response.
