体操课“单项双新”教学实验研究

摘　　要：针对体操课课时少、分组教学、单兵教练的教学特点,设计了“单项双新”的教学方法并进行实验研究。实验结果表明,此方法能提高单位时间内的教学效果。Pointed at the characteristics in gymnastics teaching such as the limited teaching hours, grouping teaching and exercising in turn with one teacher＇ sinstruction, the “Two-Technique-Teaching”Model has been designed and the concerning experiments have been conducted. The result shows that the teaching model is efficient in gymnastics teaching.
