摘　　要：The 9th International Conference on Control, Automation, Robotics and Vision, ICARCV 2006, will be held in Singapore from 5 - 8 December 2006. The conference is organised by the School of Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Nanyang Technological University, Singapore and Institution of Engineers,Singapore. ICARCV focuses on both theory and applications mainly covering the topics of control,automation,robotics and vision.
